Program terms

Commission: 25% of every payment your referral makes on a paid plan (Pro or Business), for as long as they remain a subscriber.

Not included: one-off event-pack top-ups don't count toward commission — only recurring plan payments do.

Expiry: each commission you earn is available for 12 months from the date it's credited. Unused balances older than that expire, similar to typical store loyalty programs.

Getting paid: request a manual withdrawal, or apply your balance instantly as a credit toward your own next MediaSafe payment.

Is there a limit to how much I can earn?

Do I need to apply?

What if my referral cancels and comes back later?
